I started Martial Arts in 1994 at the age of 6 the first style I encountered was Tang Soo Do and by the age of 15 I was a black belt and world champion.
With having such a strong passion for martial arts it was always my dream to go and train with the shaolin monks in china and it was in
2009 at the age of 21 I took my first trip to china and it became the start of so many incredible adventures that kept me returning.
My love for shaolin kung fu above all other martial arts is because it is a system of wellbeing that strengths  the body, mind and sprit first and a defence system second.
Shaolin is an ocean of knowledge it encourages a person to seek and overcome physical, mental and emotional limitation but will humble and content a person in patience.
In seeking new layers of understanding not only have travelled to china many times I have also competed in many competitions to international level being placed for shaolin fist form , weapons and Sanda (Chinese kickboxing).
I started teaching kung fu 5 years ago in china and throughout Europe, in this time I have come to see that the foundations of kung fu will never get old and I still find myself deepening my understanding of the basics even now ( it Is through good foundations that we grow ). For this reason I like to keep with the core and traditional teaching of kung fu allowing my students to develop personal creativity as they travel on their own shaolin journey.
shaolin kung fu is a personal journey it keeps the body and mind young  so you never know where it is going to lead you.
